Kristen earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Scranton, Scranton, Pa. She is responsible for the coordination and delivery of services including audit, review, tax planning, information technology and performance improvement initiatives.

Prior to joining WW&D, Kristen was a senior manager at KPMG. While at her previous firm, she served as an instructor for local and national firm training sessions. She has also made presentations for the Association of Independent Colleges and Universities and the local Eastern Association of College and University Business Officers professional development workshops.

With over 12 years of experience in public accounting, Kristen has provided accounting and auditing services to many businesses and nonprofit organizations throughout the area. She has also been responsible for several performance audits, organizational reviews, analysis of internal controls and recommendation studies for various organizations.

Kristen is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is the Treasurer for First Night Wilmington, member of the Board for the Friends of the Wilmington Library and the National Association of Female Executives.

With over 20 years’ experience in public accounting, Chris has worked with individuals, corporate and partnership clients, nonprofit and private foundations. He also has extensive experience working with the thoroughbred breeding and racing industry.

A graduate of St. Mark’s high school, Chris received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Delaware, and an MBA degree and Master of Science in Taxation from Widener University.

Professional memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants. Chris previously served on the Delaware State Board of Accountancy and held the position of president for two years.

Within the community, Chris served as a board member and treasurer of the Pennsylvania Hunt Cup Committee and the Delaware Valley Association of Point to Points.
